Advance Careers Terms and Conditions

Definition of Terms

1. Delegates: here refers to student that enrolled for any one of our courses
2. Deliverables: Task that must be delivered by delegates
3. We/Us: here refers to Advance Careers
4. You/ Your/ Him/Her: here refers to delegate

Training Terms

1. Delegates: MUST attend all training classes(online and classroom)
2. If a delegates misses a class, he/she would only be allowed to retake the class with the next batch.
3. All delegates MUST have a laptop with microsoft with microsoft packages(word, excel and powerpoint) installed.
1. Project Management delegate MUST have microsoft projects, or its alternative installed in addition to basic mirosoft packages.
2. Business Analysis delegates MUST have Vislo, or its alternative installed in addition to basic microsoft packages.
4. Delegates MUST complete and submit (as an attachment to an asigned jira jacket)all classes deliverables within 2 weeks of completing the course.
1. You would be considered to have completed the course when all class work is completed and submitted.
5. Only after we have received and assessed your clas deliverable before you will asigned to live project.

Pratical Work Experience Programme Terms

1. You will be assigned a live project after certifying conditions 4 and 5 above.
2. You MUST participate fully in the project
1. If you fail to complete your task for the week, you MUST submit it within the next 1 to 4 weeks.
2. If you fail to submit your weekly task for 4 straight weeks, you may be pulled out of the live project. and replaced by another delegate.
3. You MUST attend all project meeting.
1. Project kick-off metting.
2. Sprint meetings.
3. Sprint review meetings.
4. If you are unable to attend a meeting, you MUST communicate with your project team and us, stating the reasons or your absence.
5. Each project run on Strict timeline of 12 weeks.
6. Project is deemed completed at the end of 12 weeks. or when all project task and deliverables are submitted, and the software developed.
7. At the end of a project, the project manager will hold project closure and hold lesson learned meeting.
8. Project are run by our third party called DIGITAL ECHOES LTD (this may be included in your Resume/CV).
9. Digital Echoes is a digital agency which specializes in Web and Apps development, digital marketing and Resourcing(out sourcing).

Program Fee Payment Terms

1. Fees MUST be paid in aggreement with student fixed calander date.
2. Failure to make payment as greed may result in student being excluded from the rest of the program.

Refund Policy

We understand that, sometimes, plans change. If you can no longer make it to a class or workshop, please email us at least 7 days before the scheduled event date. No refunds will be given to cancellations made within a week of the class or workshop.
